Metrics Available for Mailchimp

  • Abuse Reports - Number of times a recipient reports an email as spam in their mail program.
  • Clicks - The number of clicks
  • Emails Sent - The total number of emails sent
  • Forwards Count - Number of times a recipient forwards an email
  • Forwards Opens - Number of times a recipient forwards an email and that email is then opened
  • Hard Bounces - Number of times an email is returned with a hard bounce
  • Opens - The count of opens of Sponsored InMail. Sponsored InMail only.
  • Soft Bounces - Number of times an email is returned with a soft bounce
  • Unique Clicks - The number of people who performed a click (all).
  • Unique Opens - The number of unique opens of an email.
  • Unique Subscriber Clicks - The number of unique clicks to subscribe. If a recipient subscribes twice this is only counted as 1
